Lifeboat Therapy Services was created to provide high quality music therapy services through compassion, patience, empathy, and understanding.
Our Music Therapy Services
Individual Sessions
We provide 1:1 music therapy sessions for members with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and mental health needs.
Individual Community Sessions
We provide 1:1 music therapy sessions in the community for members in hospice care, rehabilitation, and other settings to bring music therapy to you.
Community Groups
Lifeboat provides group music therapy for already existing community groups at day programs, memory care facilities, and outpatient mental health facilities.
Small Social Groups
We provide group music therapy sessions in small groups (up to 3) to promote positive socialization.
ESA Vendor
As an approved ESA vendor, you can use your scholarship funds for any of the previous listed sessions! Most commonly, ESA funds are utilized for individual music therapy sessions.
Parent Coaching
We provide parent coaching for parents of children with a variety of needs. Learn how to utilize musical play to connect with your child!

Meet Sam,
Sam Klein, MM, MT-BC is a board certified music therapist who relocated to Arizona in 2019. She is passionate about developmental music therapy and its relationship to mental health. She has a vast experience including inpatient psychiatry, hospice, parent coaching, developmental disabilities, addiction recovery, and NICU-MT. Since receiving her Master's degree, she has trained multiple music therapists, interns, and practicum students. She is excited to continue her growth with Lifeboat!
